Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
forecasting organizational budget requirements to accomplish training missions; directing the work of subordinates such as:
preparing performance standards, and hearing and resolving grievances and making decisions; developing and/or executing distance learning training development; and providing guidance on knowledge management actions such as:
creating standard hard drives, process mapping, and/or managing SharePoint projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). All applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade and specialized experience requirements within thirty (30) days after the closing date of the announcements.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
