Task Lead - JCTIM QRT

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a Task Lead for the Joint Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) Tactical Information Management (J-CTIM) Quick Reaction Test (QRT).
The J-CTIM QRT will draft and test a Tactic, Technique and Procedure (TTP) for use by USNORHTCOM, USPACOM and other US Combatant Commands and service components.
The Task Lead is responsible for organizing and leading a diverse and energetic contractor team assigned to the QRT. The candidate will ensure the team runs as a single, integrated unit alongside the government personnel assigned, in support of the QRT Director. The Task Lead is responsible for ensuring the team remains on schedule and within budget. The team is composed of subject matter analysts/experts, ORSAs, and other functional experts, and will draft, and subsequently test the J-CTIM TTP. The team will facilitate the transition of the TTP to the government at the end of the test.

Job Requirements
Required Experience & Skills:
Prior experience as leader/manager of small to medium size team demonstrating project management skills to achieve project objectives within the customer defined schedule and budget
Minimum of 3 years of prior Joint Test and Evaluation or other similar T&E experience and skills as a Task Lead/Manager, Deputy Task Manager, or Test Planner.
Must be able to effectively operate in a demanding team environment, have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a high degree of demonstrated professionalism.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite of software applications
Required security clearance: Applicants must possess a current SECRET clearance
Desired Experience & Skills:
Previous Joint Test and Evaluation experience on projects other than specified above.
Bachelor's Degree
Project Management Certification
Prior experience in any of the following functional areas:
The current CBRN detection capabilities and associated warning architecture,
Knowledge of persistent and non-persistent chem and bio agents
Familiarity with Joint or service level CBRN doctrine
Theater/CCMD-level CBRN planning and operations
Theater/CCMD-level continuity of operations planning
Other CCMD, theater component, or higher experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
