Goldbelt, Inc. is in search of a Strategic Planner IV to support the Joint Project Manager Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Contamination Avoidance (JPM NBC CA), Advanced Technology Directive (ATD) / Reconnaissance and Platform Integration (RPI) at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. ? Job Requirements o ??? Document results during concept development meetings, workshops, war games, exercises, and demonstration preparation and execution o ??? Review and evaluate draft concept development reports and draft concepts, and providing written recommendations o ??? Prepare report/concept summaries o ??? Identify potential new ideas for future programs ? ???????? Review and analyze new/updated strategic guidance (e.g., National Security Strategy, National Military Strategy, etc.) and technology project reports (e.g., experiments, Advanced Technology Demonstrations (ATDs)/Joint Capability Technology Demonstrations (JCTDs), exercises, etc.), identifying ideas for new pre - acquisition programs to address gaps in future Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD)/CBRN defense capabilities. ? ???????? Assist in development and execution of exercises and demonstrations to close capability gaps and identify: o ??? The potential enhancements in military utility from employment of the concept o ??? Capability gaps eliminated/mitigated by the concept o ??? Available maturing technologies (Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4 or above) required for the new concept o ??? Existing capability documents, if any, that support initiation of a pre - acquisition program o ??? The roadmap and decision points for potential transition of the new concept into a pre-acquisition program o ??? Estimated program costs for the new program ? ???????? Analyze requirements - related documents (e.g., Cost Benefit Analyses (CBAs), Initial Capabilities Documents (ICDs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), Capabilities Production Documents (CPDs), etc.) and provide recommendations on requirements for potential new programs or future capabilities needed to support new CBRN Defense/CWMD concepts. ? ???????? Prepare white papers and briefings which include details of the new program concept and its transition to become a pre - acquisition program(s). ?

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
