Defense Research Analyst, Senior with Security Clearance

Job Number: R0032274 Defense Research Analyst, Senior Key Role: Plan and execute test and evaluation (T&E) events for project sponsors, including collaborating with lead exercise planners, the test director, and operations research analysts to ensure T&E events meet all objectives and goals. Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex or highly sensitive systems, policies, processes, or instrumentation regarding foreign threats or homeland security. Determine procedures for solving complex design, integration, and analytical problems. Perform or direct scientific and technical intelligence analyses. Report changes, trends, and implications regarding the design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation and prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed. Basic Qualifications: -3+ years of experience with military training and exercise event planning and execution -Knowledge of CBRN operations at the unit or staff levels -Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve all exercise objectives in a limited execution timeframe -Ability to provide a writing sample required -Secret clearance required -BA or BS degree or 6 years of experience with planning or executing military training and exercise Additional Qualifications: -Experience with US Army field operations in OCONUS theaters of operation -Knowledge of test and evaluation principles and techniques -Ability to write and coordinate military doctrine, including CONOPS or TTP documents -TS/SCI clearance a plus Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
