### Summary

This position is located at DFMWR; Business Operations Division; Pershing Community Center. This is a flexible position without guaranteed hours or benefits.

### Responsibilities
Performs variety of indoor and outdoor housekeeping duties for the Pershing Community Center and Morelli Heights Bar & Grill.
Follows performance standards and daily/weekly checklist to accomplish tasks.
Notes condition of facilities and reports maintenance or service issues to management.
Ensures adequate supplies and equipment required to perform assigned duties are on hand at all times.
Irregular work schedule including nights, weekends & holidays.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
A one year probationary period may be required
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty
Appointment subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR-215-3, 2-15j., to include a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
Must meet physicqal requirements of the position.
Successful completion of pre-employment physical and background checks.
Must be able and willing to work an schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays, depending on the organization's needs.
### Qualifications
1. Worked with cleaning solvents, and cleaning tools/equipment in order to remove different kinds of stains from a wide variety of surfaces.
2. Work experience that required you to make adjustments and perform minor repair and maintenance on cleaning equipment.
3. To include the ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment of the trade.
4. Work experience cleaning rooms, corridors, stairways, and other areas.
5. To keep the assigned work area neat and clean, and to communicate both orally and in writing.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
