### Responsibilities
Takes food and beverage orders, familiar with food and beverage items
Collecting payments from guests
Cleans, resets and arranges tables as required
Required to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Continually lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 Ibs
Performs other duties as assigned

A one year probationary period may be required
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
Must be willing and able to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the organizations needs.
Satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-15j. Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
Must meet state/local age requirements (18) at the time of appointment if serving alcoholic beverages.

### Qualifications
1. Applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the servicing of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment.
2. Possess basic math skills necessary to compute patron bills and make change.
3. Be able to communicate effectively in English.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
