DCIED Senior Military Analyst - Program Manager (MO)

Job Summary: Project Manager (PM) and Assistant Project Manager (APM) Senior Military Analyst (SMA) to support the TRADOC MSCoE DCIED Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) and Explosive Hazard (EH) Analytical Task Support mission.
Essential Job Functions:
Review, conduct research, analyze, provide supporting documents, make recommendations, and provide written assessments on C-IED and EH materiel and non-materiel processes, concepts, and strategies, C-IED and EH related documents, and C-IED and EH doctrine.
Provide supervision for 16 personnel located throughout the US and OCONUS.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Three years supervisory experience
Five years Program Management experience
12 years of military operations, doctrine, concepts, materiel acquisition, and force development experience.
Must possess demonstrated skills and capabilities to review, conduct research, analyze, provide supporting documents, make recommendations, and provide written assessments on C-IED and EH materiel and non-materiel processes, concepts, and strategies, C-IED and EH related documents, and C-IED and EH doctrine.
Demonstrated experience in doctrine development, capability development, and military transformation in one of the following specialized areas: Electronic Warfare, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Intelligence, Engineer, Operations Research/Systems Analysis, C-IED, or CBRN.
Demonstrated experience in military operations, doctrine, concepts, or force development.
Required to travel and participate in C-IED and EH collaborative events.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to Government Leaders
Ability to independently organize, develop and implement, project plans
Presentation skills, with an ability to design, develop and deliver high-quality deliverables created through collaboration.
Education:
Bachelors Degree in any field
Special Requirements:
Supervisory responsibilities for up to 16 personnel located throughout the US and OCONUS
Top Secret Clearance required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
