About the Position: This position is located in the U.S Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, with a duty station at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Fort Leonard Wood is located in the beautiful South-Central Missouri Ozarks. The Fort covers 61,000 acres and is located in Pulaski County. Bordering the installation to the North are the towns of Waynesville/Saint Robert and interstate 44. St. Louis is a 2 hour's drive to the East along I-44 and Springfield is a little more than an hour's drive to the West of Fort Leonard Wood.
This is a Term appointment Not to Exceed 30 September 2015. Term positions may be extended up to four years. This position can be made permanent without further competition.

Plan daily, weekly and monthly work schedules and sequence of operations for subordinates.
Establish deadlines and priorities on the basis of general work schedules, methods and established policies.
Determine how many assignments can be done concurrently, delayed, the number and type of employees will be needed.
Select workers and assign task to them.
Explain work requirements, methods and procedures; instruct subordinates in new procedures; and provide advice when problems arise.
Review work in progress or on completion.
Investigate work related problems to identify causes.
Determine equipment, supplies and maintenance required for task.
Develop performance standards, counsel employees on performance, and make formal and informal performance appraisals.
Review job descriptions for accuracy and make necessary changes.
Interview candidates for positions and recommend selections.
Maintain product reports and records.
Operate vehicles to accomplish receipt and/or turn in of property.

Physical Effort: Incumbent will be lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds and lifting up to or more than 100 pounds with assistance occasionally.
Qualifications: No specific length of experience or training is required; however, you must be able to demonstrate through information provided in your resume to include volunteer work and other non paid experience, that you possess sufficient knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of this position without more than normal supervision as defined in the Job Qualifications Systems for Trade and Labor Occupations. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
